The Ingredients Line

As shown on the nutrition information panel: Resistant Dextrin, Stevia (Steviol Glycosides).

One note on this transcription: DULCI's starch source isn't declared publicly, so it's left out here even though a full ingredients declaration would normally include it. We've logged the reasoning for that separately.

What Each Ingredient Is

Resistant dextrin is a fibre made from starch, processed until most of it resists digestion in the small intestine. See our explainer on what resistant dextrin is for how it's made and how it's regulated as dietary fibre in Australia.

Stevia (steviol glycosides) is a plant-derived intense sweetener, the ingredient that gives DULCI its sweet taste without adding sugar.
